What we collect
When you fill in a sign-up form for a free resource, we collect:
- Your first name and email address (required to send you the resource).
- Your clinic name and role, if you choose to share them.
- Basic technical details about how you reached the page, such as which post or keyword sent you and the referring link. We use this only to understand which content is useful.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, patient information through these forms.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form. We use your information to:
- Send you the free resource you asked for.
- Send occasional useful tips and updates for clinics, which you can stop anytime.
- Improve our resources and understand which content clinics find helpful.
We only use your information for the purposes above. We will ask again if we ever want to use it for something new.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, ever. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run the sign-up and send emails (for example, our email and spreadsheet tools). They may only use it to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are on our list, and for a reasonable period after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you emails and keep only what we need to honour that request.
